At Love4Life Fitness & Nutrition we believe that a sound eating plan is at the foundation of every body transformation success story. Although, eating well represents one half of the formula for living well (train well + eat well = live well) it requires a considerably greater effort on the part of the individual. This is largely due to the many wrong beliefs and habits we have developed in our lifetime of eating.
At Love4Life Fitness & Nutrition our passion is to educate and empower individuals, communities, and nations to "eat to live" and not just live to eat. Keep in mind that freedom is not the ability to exercise one’s own will especially in the case where it causes harm to others or oneself. Freedom rather is the ability to exercise self discipline and self restraint for the expressed purpose of reaching a desired goal. To this end we will help you to regain your freedom through a series of elaborate meal planning strategies. These strategies are designed to cause you to become more systematic and deliberate in your approach to eating. This in turn translates as the self control and discipline needed to be a successful eater. At Love4Life Fitness & Nutrition, eating well happens a day at a time. This means that you don’t have to focus on eating well for the rest of your life. You only have to focus on eating well for the next 24 hours. Then, repeat it tomorrow, the next day, the day after and so on.
